Subject: RE: LSJ project and Bradford Assocs landscape work - invoices

Dear Jeffrey:
The two invoices submitted by the Bradfords amount to around $ 15,000. (I attach their second one - I had not
sent it to you, pending payment of the first.)
Would it be possible to settle their two invoices for a total of $ 10,000?
That would complete transactions with them.
I have not suggested anything to them as of yet - this is being sent only to you for your consideration.
Please let me know what you think is fair.
We continue to work on how the building sits on the land an on the west elevation. (As this is finals week,
computers are overloaded until tuesday, which makes the going slow!) We will however send you some images
and plans tomorrow afternoon.
I have reviews all day today, friday and saturday. We could talk on either sunday or monday.
Regards,
Hasan

I want to be fair.. they did spend the time, but did not respond to any of the concerns and merely regurgitated
already useles info.. I'm not sure how to think about it.

Dear Jeffrey:
I understand from the Bradfords that you have instructed Rich Kahn to pay only 50% of their first invoice -
there is also a second invoice for another two weeks work, which I have not yet forwarded onto you.
I understand that you did not accept their work, but they did spend the time and responded very quicky to the
comments with revised drawings.
I hope that you will settle up their first invoice in full as they did the work.
Please let me know what is equitable - they are colleagues of mine, which makes this a difficult position for
me.
