I negotiated a new RT price with Mr. Hendrington of $1,500.00 (original price $3,000 RT). He said they can start whenever we're ready but first he would like a letter of agreement stating that we (I.S1 or GSJ) would use his vessel "The General II" for the remaining 2016 year.
