Irrigation work continues Waiting direction on Gravel Microwave Project Antenna's at MH and Sandia Crest are installed, link initialization to begin today MH to Lodge Link install will begin after main link is completed and tested Water Development we are experiencing VFD issues at the following locations, Well B, Booster Skid Well 4 and Reservoir Booster Skid. All three location are showing the same fault, Under voltage, but at different times. JCH and RMC are investigating situation. Maxi Volt ( Surge Protection Company) engineers have also been on sight to investigate PLC Damage, after reviewing damaged components and wiring, they confirmed the surge came thru the float line that control water level in the reservoir. Noting there are arching marks on the reservoir tank, indicating a direct hit by lightening. We need to relocate the Clay Valve for Irrigation Pond, closer to Irrigation Pond to get better operational pressure on front and back end. Also the pipeline to Pond was hit by lighting damaging a 20 foot section, this has been repaired. Evaporation Pond Closure Liner etc has been removed, area graded and fenced Final Inspection scheduled for 29 Sept. HVAC Investigating Duck Camera to view master bedroom, upstairs living room ducking Strongly believe moisture is penetrating return air flow duck work.
