Dear Capt Brown It was nice to see you today. As promised please see attached the photos taken today from my phone of DFR. This shows the current Interior status. Points you wanted us to note during the discussion today: - Intermix of Engines resulting in different hours is due to the engine stagger program of Royal let fleet. However both engines are far away from overhaul as the first removal LLP is at 10,200cycles while Eng1@2,000cyc and Eng2@3,000 approx. so you have a long life left and On condition monitoring to continue. - EGT (Exhaust Gas Temp) margin also shows good figures for both engines which is another main factor for engine condition determination, Eng1t040deg while Eng2@3Sdeg. EGT margin critical figures are below Sdeg which is many many years of operation. We have aircraft 17 years old at EGT margins 16 to 20deg - LG overhaul done in 2014. This gives 12 years life with no Gear Overhaul. - 0 (9 years) and C4 (12 years) checks were done on this aircraft and those are the big checks. Next check is a small check (C1) budget around $350k-SOOk depending on the MRO. - Aircraft has two showers in two VIP Lavatories. Aft Bedroom with ensuite shower. - FANS CPDLC is done. AGARS Mod is done and it is equipped with RWC Live TV. - Woodwork condition and cabin as you noted is in an excellent condition. Photos attached. Soft goods are also in very good condition. Main doors and Ovenving exits interior needs touch up or painting. Video screens are not HD. But this can be modified easily with available products. Ftl can assist with that.
