To: jeffrey E. <[email protected]> Subject: Last week report on third party inspection tco Date: Sat, 28 Apr 2018 18:28:14 +0000 We had 17 locations :items that needed GRANT the third party inspector to sign off on 4 remaining places they could not get to physically this week they have agreed to let the design project professionals give them affidavits that the respective areas are compliant We have item 5 already And items 6 is for Monday by Grant The professionals have all been contacted and have agreed to address the list below by end of day Tuesday I would assume a one day margin of error so say Wednesday Please see the below sign offs needed for Grant to complete the TR1 forms, which will be the remaining paperwork to obtain TCO for Grant has requested the below in order to complete the TR1 forms: 1. Structural - the walls/ceilings closed up, not possible for an inspection; therefore, need the structural engineer to sign off on all nonconformities. The structural engineer needs to approve work completed. 2. Sprinkler system - no submittals on site / The MEP engineer needs to sign off on the installed sprinkler heads and confirm the installed sprinkler heads were per the submittals. 3. Masonry anchors - the walls/ceilings closed up, not possible for an inspection; therefore, need the structural engineer to approve the SOP conditions and if possible, have the GC provide photos and info on installation. 4. Fenestration - need an email confirmation from architect stating that the U-factor, R values, and insulation of field work conforms to specifications. 5. Fire protection - need the DOB / FDNY sign offs from Metropolis/ACP Electrical. 6. Mechanical - then one last item, Grant inspector needs to do the final Mechanical inspection.
