As I stated today at our meeting I only want on as a consultant basis for now. I respectfully request the following; 1. I am to be paid $16,000 upfront for 4 weeks of work. PAID AS A 1099 .Months 2-100 are all to be paid in full on the first of the month. 2. 10% of TOP LINE REVENUE , this is to be paid by the Tuesday of each week for the prior weeks sales.Failure to do so will result in a closure immediately. I.E. at $50,000 a week , PAYABLE TO ME IS $5,000 3. All employees to be property of GAM , ALL SALARIED EMPLOYEES TOBE PAID as a 1099. 4. GAM assumes all Liability, vendors, liquor license, merchandise fees, cc processor etc ... All payables etc 5. PR and MARKETING , I don't think we rush into this I would use our free avenues at the moment and push that out. Keep it lean and mean. 6. Working CAPITAL all vendors would be COD so we don't further burn the relationships I have built over 15 years. Call it 15k a week. 7. I would give you 2 weeks notice if I was to not move forward, but try to help fill the role and possibly stay on in an advisory role.
