He fails to take account of the fact the world has changed a lot since he first put Bin Ennakhil on the market. Despite being ill, he stubbornly refuses to consider any sensible offer. I still believe your suggestion of selling him the spouse for 25m and leaving him an option to sell it for more than 35 if actually a win win for him. Maybe you should reiterate this?
