Apollo will be sending their 2016 YTD estimates by EOM —per Suzanne Wong Federal/ NYS 2016 income tax— we are paying based on 110% of prior year tax, ie "protect" with the understanding that 2016 actual will be higher As is stands now, the June 15 payments are: Federal — owe zero NYS — $2.3mm If Apollo numbers come in lower, we will adjust. Note that in April we built in large cushion and Apollo came in with a late revision downward of LTCG ($6MM) so we may fine tune NYS as there likely is a larger overpayment. We can look at California and Iowa income from Apollo to determine what if any might be payable in estimated tax in June. Amounts would be small.
