ONE quarterback, and special teams. everyone knows who the quarterback is. no question. there is the owner of the team, but strategies are not made by the consensus of th team, . There are many moving parts that need coordination and timing. If the team doesnt win, change players or the quarterback . If a player gets too many penalty flags, change them. If they are injured , they shouldnt play. There is a balance between defense and offense. droppping the ball , is rarely a good thing. ie your office !!!
