The second file includes drafts of the extension filing instructions that illustrates the amounts that we are recommending for you to pay today, IRS - $240,000, MA - $20,000, and AZ - $35,000. If you intend to process these electronically, you must have available funds in the designated bank account for withdrawal prior to 4:00 pm Eastern time. If these funds are available, please provide us with the name of the institution, and the bank routing number and account number. Alternatively, we will print the paper voucher that you can mail to the IRS with a check. The AZ form is attached, but we can file it electronic. We must have the confirmed funds and info before 4:00 pm to be able to file MA and the IRS electronically. Alternatively you can use the MA Web file until midnight.
