I asked for it several weeks ago, I went by and asked again. I asked them just to email it this time and I'll get it printed.

Army Corps called late this morning and said that enforcement has decided to hold up the VIWAPA cable project because of the
LSJ non-compliance issues. Army Corps suggested that we removed the LSJ-GSJ cable so the cable system can move ahead.
I ended up talking with Jonathon Pempek as well as Sindulfo Castillo and they said although it is unusual to hold up a project that
the applicant was not the violator on they felt this was good leverage.
So Jonathon said get the barge ramps out and pull the fill material back out around the wetland near the point closest to LSJ. I am
waiting on old wetland delineation from Ryan Wisehart so I can mark it and we can get the material moved back a couple of feet
and plant a few mangroves.
Jonathon suggest that if you really want one of the barge ramps we could pull it out and then ask for a permit for it.
He stressed that he wants you to get all the things you want but we have to go through the permit process.
