I sent you a note suggesting you hear it for yourself. (The following day the debra thing happened ) I did the best to support his emotional state. I had not spoken to him for quite a while. , as you know i didnt know dagastino had left until you told me . it seems right after that he engaged brad in conversation about his security I was not told at all. not once that this had happened. brad said he told you. I had repeated conversations . On feb 10 . i had the conversation reg bad numbers. . again i sent you the details. on feb 10 brad sent me a note about the airplane . again. . not sure that after hundreds upon hundreds of emails telling you the numbers we are getting dont add. I m not sure what you hoped i could accomplish but didnt. in June i said you need accurate numbers without that , nothing legitimate can follow . you seem to think that in some crazy goal i encourged this mess . shame on you. Brad is , and was always unable to do the job, you have gottten bullshit upon bullshit, when i point it out , you suggest its my fault for not being able to fix it. though there has never been a time in the past year when i did not harp on close direction and supervision needed. Joe can do some things, but with a clear direction. you have tasked brad with that supervision , thereby having meeting after meeting doc after document with inaccurate numbers.
