I only ask because apart from the fact it would be great to see you, there is one building that Rossi showed me over on Monday which he plans to complete in February and ask E15m fully furnished and ready to go. He only does "turn key". Whilst I would normally shy away from Bab Atlas, because not all of the properties have good views of the Atlas, I have to say that this one does. It has a very impressive layout with the usual 200 foot swimming pool and 60 foot ceilings and a rather impressive array of Moroccan detailing. Not as good as Ben Ennakhil, but then nothing is! A significant advantage is Bab Atlas is that it probably is one of the most secure enclaves in Marrakech apart from the King's own Palace. I'm not sure they will show it to prospective buyers until it's finished, but you never know. I could always ask them if this might be of interest to you.
