The reason I ask is my wife decided to entice my son and his wife to come to visit by volunteering my cooking skills and having me make my late mother's chicken and ham croquettes this weekend. Although I'll never claim there as good as mom always made them but they are the closest any family member has ever come. I usually only make them for special occasions as they take approximately five (5) hours to prepare each batch of +1- 75 croquettes, but since the wife asked (i.e. volun-told me), I thought I'd offer you some. I can't guarantee they'll last long (even though I'll probably make two batches), as people have a tendency to eat large quantities in a single sitting, so if you have no food issues, I highly recommend them.
