My clients are most anxious to achieve a closing, the closing date in the contract being on or about April 6 as I calculate it. I understand that our clients have agreed that your client purchase the furnishings at the property for the sum of $15,000. I believe they would be responsible for any New York State sales tax in connection therewith, and I would prepare the necessary return for that.
