Here is the quote for the gym replacement of AC system. This quote is for the airhadler, Evap coil and condenser, Entire system. The old one is 13 years old and in real bad shape and very inefficient, its only a I0SEER. This unit is working at the moment BUT because its is a high use area by Mr. Epstein, I wanted to make you aware of the need to replace it. We are repairing it about every 3 months we fine something going bad on it when we do the PM. Just today we rep[laced the transformer and contactor. I have quoted a High efficiency system with a 18 SEER rating. This system is already using the Nest control T-stat so no need to replace the control.
