In anticipation of your arrival on St. Thomas Monday 3/12/18 and around several meetings for us to attend in St. Croix we flew in to present you with the attached Twin City Care expansion proposal. Based on my conversation with Jerry I understand you may be willing to help our Not-For-Profit organization to expand its role in the VI. We have been meeting with the Directors of the VI Fire Services, Department of Corrections, Mental Health and Department of Health on how Twin City Care can best serve its community.
