We will need a SIP ready system to had the Voice service, which Liston is will to loan JE. Dean is advising for a direct fiber to fiber link with the VIYA point of termination on LSJ. This way as long as both LSJ and the ViYA Nazerth Substation have power LSJ will have phone service. But there are two areas that need to be address. The first, is the proper paper work need to be drafted for VIVA to manage our fiber. The second is VIYS lead lead time. Dean is waiting on start dates for lighting LSJ fiber.
