In short, all of our entities are (or will very soon be) listed on the Elysium account managed by Corporation Services Company. CSC will handle our annual filings and notify us of biennial reports due. Paul Weiss has been informed that as new entities are formed they are to do so through the CSC Elysium account. All parties in the office who chose not to go through Legal to request entity formation by attorneys have been given that same instruction. Happy to answer any questions you may have.
