She tells me that she thinks Rich is now planning to file the documents he has been holding on to since December that will dissolve these entities. Eileen signed those documents. If she resigns now—I am wondering whether those documents would need to be re-executed. What is the status of the dissolution? Howe do you want to proceed vis a vis Eileen?
