BJW memo and back up authorities chart which was sent to Jeffrey on April 6th and Leon April 8th. 2. List of bank accounts with Eileen authorities both for wire transfers and check writing. On all but a dozen my substitution for Eileen is underway; there are 10 or so accounts where I want to speak to Leon first. Leon will have to sign new documents/signature cards transferring delegations to me. 3. First cut of an outline prepared by with respect to an administrative services agreement between the Trusts and this office. I want to expand the general notion to include cross Trustee delegations to facilitate administration. 4. My internal early draft (definitely open to change) reflecting my general expectations of how the office may be organized.
