Dear Jeffrey,
Thank you for making my stay at Dukes the best ever. I would be pleased to email directly or you may forward the
following. As you wish.
Warmest,
Dear Mr. Bin Sulayem,
Thank you so much for your kind attention during my stay at your lovely hotel. Dukes has been a favorite of mine for
almost twenty years and I am pleased to call it my home away from home. I am so appreciative of having the opportunity
to stay in the Duke of Portland's Suite. I understand this was a unique opportunity, due to the current renovations of my
preferred rooms, so do not expect a repeat experience but wanted to share how much I appreciated the opportunity.
It was a blustery cold week in London with snow every day that I was not prepared nor packed for. To come back each day
to the suite where I was truly able to rest and also work, in my gorgeous sitting room, I truly feel the comfort that Dukes
provided kept me from falling ill and accomplish a great deal.
I am back in New York now and whenever I am asked for my hotel suggestions in this city, I always regret there is no
comparison that I can recommend here.
Lastly, one cannot compliment without giving credit to Dukes best asset, Alessandro Palazzi. He is truly the most
welcoming, warm and kind person and I look forward to seeing him each visit. I am most grateful for the hospitality all of
your staff at Dukes provided and thank you again.
With best wishes,
NI
