i spoke with david regarding the redirection of money to HBRK / DKI in lieu of FT RE
david said he would need these instructions in writing to run by his attorney
david also said that entities currently do not have money to distribute as
a) 183 (brooklyn is still working with vendors on lien releases - estimated cash now 375,000)
b) 26th street - lowered price to 22,250,000 and have 6 showings but no firm offers yet..
please advise
