Hi Katie the owner of 9 East 71 street would like to install one electric pipe and one refrigeration line in
the main passenger car elevator shaft from the 3rd floor up to the over head out to the roof for a air
conditioning unit can you please check if this is possible. We are listed as a single family residence on the
C of O for the building if that helps with the building department. Please advise if this is possible and what
