He asked to have the gas changed then during my absence? The AC units in her apartment are new and are the same that we have in all the apartments. This is the same model that Rich Kahn ordered through Andrew/Anthony for the apartments last year. There is a little crack on the side of her bedroom one but it is not affecting its operation. Although the temperature was set at its lowest, the fan speed was on the lowest setting. I set the fan to high and had the guys from the building come in to assess it after 3 hours. They confirmed that they are new, working well and filters are clean. I cannot do as says you would like with the gas as these AC's don't operate with gas but electricity.
