The topics covered were (a) the circumstances under which Carol established her revocable trust, (b) the administration of the resulting marital trusts, and (c) the process of selecting my successor as trustee. Noam specifically instructed me to limit my responses to him and not to copy anyone other than parties he openly copied in our exchanges. (I don't know if you were of course.) Noam rejected my suggestion that it would be better if we included his counsel in our exchanges. Since those exchanges I've heard nothing further and wondering if the process of identifying my successor has progressed. Can you provide me with any kind of an update by chance?
