Michael came to the front desk and was singing and being loud. Nour told him to please keep his voice down as we have guest in Room 101 and Room 102. He started laughing and said " Really in those shitty rooms." He started singing louder and walking down the hallway where the rooms are and started singing louder and making bird noises right outside the room doors. Now they are making a lot of noise in the restaurant. This is becoming ridiculous. I am very tired of the restaurant staff causing issues when they find out there are guest staying in Room 101 and Room 102. This is becoming a problem every time they know we have sold those rooms.
