Have you had any conversation with Warwick on the structural items we discussed?ie:removing the adm.off(which Jeffery agreed with), removing the tunnel, and treating the cottages and theater pavilion as three independent structures with the basement spaces within the main floor footprint where possible, which should materially reduce the extensive foundation designs shown on the development drawings. We should set up a conference call to describe the changes and get an estimate for additional services.
