I did however learn today that I made the elite competition team for SMU's Cyber Defense team so I'll hopefully be traveling to competition in March/April. However, my teammates seem grossly incompetent so we'll see how far we make it. In regards to my education, I've decided to take matters into my own hands. I have started working privately with instructors in Mathematics, Computer Science, and soon to come Mandarin Chinese and Biology (with a focus on Evolutionary and Plant Biology is the goal). I find the 1-on-1 environment works better for both my visual impairment and my mental sanity at large (stupid questions aren't my happy spot). I'm hopeful to graduate in either August or December from SMU depending how my medical state stays in check (not well at the moment). If you have any time over the next few months I'd love to get in touch either in person or by phonelSkype/etc (the world of possibilities is absolutely endless in that realm..... someday we will conference by Virtual Reality.... quote me on it).
