We know this investor and have had previous experience with him in Europe and the Middle East and have conviction that his offer, although on binding and subject to further Due Diligence, is real. We have since followed up verbally and have confirmation that he is willing to increase his offer to $60 mm subject to some further diligence and review of some third-party management company/brand proformas. To this end, we have lined up 3 potential partners and are moving to engage their focus on preparing such.. We can do this quite quickly and hope to have some feedback to the buyer within the next 2 weeks latest I can assure that he is serious and has the funds to move quickly on this deal if we can prove out the numbers..
