As far as the $100,000 paid to Alan Dershowitz's brother — my records show that we have properly accounted for that payment. You paid a total of 3,935,613 to Alan Dershowitz . This comprised of 3,335,151 paid to Alan Dershowitz and 600,462 paid to other attorneys by Alan Dershowitz. Included in the 600,462 an amount of 427,438 was paid to Dershowitz Eiger which included the 100,000 payment that Alan Dershowitz is questioning. I am confused as to why this issue has to come-up again. I have not received any invoices at all for services performed during 2009. His email says 23 hours until April, but that is the only record. You have definitely overpaid him, now withstanding the fact that every other person, except Marty Weinberg discounted their bills between 15-20% for such horrible results.
