Sylvester began fabricating them and then told Anna that he needed another bit. Anna ordered it and it should be here by Thursday/Friday. VIVA- met with them (VIVA contractors) last week. They are insisting that we need to pay them $12K to hook LSJ back up. I checked with friends inside VIVA and they are telling me not to pay but I can't let the contractors know that we are speaking. My next step is to talk to a friend at the PSC (Public Services Commission) and get a read on what he thinks. At any rate, VIVA is saying 30-45 days out from the time that we pay them.
