It appears Jesse is getting waivers of the possible conflict. He was concerned because the Bar (of which he was president)
had an information sharing agreement with the bankruptcy trustee. Although he had no personal involvement, he was
concerned it would be a distraction.
I think he is very interested in the matter and I think he would be helpful.
