He has done specialty painting in the library, yellow bedroom, and blue bedroom. He has given me a bid to repair and paint the damage from the water leak that happened the first week of Jan. I am very confident he can do the job and has skills that can be used in the future for many other repairs here at the house.(and other parts of the Ranch) The bid includes repair to the exterior wall where Mano will gain access to fix the pipe. I have included the bid he gave and hope it is to your satisfaction. Please let me know if you would like me to have this damage fixed. He would be available to start in one (1) week. Please note: Brice had his general contractor out yesterday again to look at the damage and the decks that need repair. It is my opinion that Chad Dewall(bonded and insured) can do all repairs for this leak without the added cost of a general contractor that will sub the job out anyway.
