I asked if credit approval process has paused and he said yes. Jamie informed me that we have until Friday before they will send a demand letter to MC2 which is just a formality. In addition they will inform JPM that they plan to execute the standby letter of credit on the due date of April 14th. The outstanding balance is 784,000. Jamie was very friendly and has backed off his tough approach. He said he wants to help us to get this resolved. Please advise.
