The quote is dated 1- 27-11 and Gary singed it yesterday and that is when I received it, which is 48 days after the quote was sent to LS.I. I called the vendor and he told me they sent he quotes 4 different times to Arran and were never given the go ahead. Some of these parts have to be built it will take about a week to get it done. I also spoke to Tom Melnick and he said he has been waiting for these parts especially the ladder because it has deteriorated so bad that its getting dangerous to go up and the check the bags on the plant. I think we need to change this process because it is obvious its not working. They should be submitting these quotes to me and let me place the order and arrange for the shipping and payment at least this way we will have a better system of checks and balances and I won't sit on the quote for 6 weeks before I do something about it.
