Roger read over the case and said he did not want to take the guy's money because he thought a sentence reduction is such a low probability. He is flying back down to talk to the guy in the federal prison in Miami about mitigation. He explained to me he will not take a case unless he thinks he can be helpful and there is a reasonable probability of success. Seems to be a straight shooter. PS: He represented F. Lee Bailey in his Florida problems. That's what I know about Roger. Was just thinking of options. I asked him about your case against RRA and he seemed to know more about it than I suspected he would. Said he foolows these things out of professional interest and figured it was you.
