bamaby mentioned the music and the brain you're doing now.
i've continued to really look into the autonomic nervous system, how to re-set, relationship to tech issues.
turns out, some states are more suggestible than others. turns out, music can have an impact on ANS (you're
probably all over this with your folks).
There's a genius in Chicago -- I don't know him well, have had a couple of conversations with him when I
was really researching email apnea and the ANS. His name is Stephen Porges. His papers may be of interest
to you.
