King Airport. As you note, the premises is presently under lease to Air Center Helicopters, Inc. We have not been informed by Air Center of its intentions regards the space. Nevertheless, your interest and request is duly noted and will be kept close at hand should the premises become vacant. This space is currently occupied by Air Center and it is our understanding that they do not intend to renew their lease with the Virgin Islands Port Authority (VIPA). I will send a signed hard copy of this letter to you on Monday, May 9, 2011 and will also submit a formal application on EFTA00910873 Tuesday along with the customary application fee. TWA's interest in leasing this space in no way negates our current applications being processed at the VIPA.
