This space is currently occupied by Air Center and it is our understanding that they do not intend to renew their lease with the Virgin Islands Port Authority (VIPA). I will send a signed hard copy of this letter to you on Monday, May 9, 2011 and will also submit a formal application on EFTA00910873 Tuesday along with the customary application fee. TWA's interest in leasing this space in no way negates our current applications being processed at the VIPA.
