This is a bit confusing as the principal of Air Center Helicopter very clearly indicated that a letter of intent NOT to renew was sent to the VIPA and I don't believe that we misunderstood him. We will contact him again for further clarification. I am in transit back to St. Thomas today and will hopefully have this cleared up later today.
