He has the names of three trustees who can serve as his successor, and with whom Harry has spoken. They are all Boston attorneys with excellent expertise in trust administration and I know two of them. Max will be sending me their contact information and I will send it along to you. I recommend that you interview them if you are in agreement after reviewing their bios. Max also asked for permission on your behalf to send a copy of the marital trust to Shari Levitan. She would also be an excellent choice as a trustee of the marital trust, especially as she resides at least part-time in Arizona and would be available to you in person more easily. Please let me know if I may provide Max with permission to send Shari the marital trust. I would be happy to send it to her myself, if you prefer. Max also raised with me the issue of a release or the preparation of accounts for the trust. This issue is deserving of a telephone conference as there are a number of factors for you to consider. Please let me know if you are available to speak tomorrow or Friday.
