I feel he's still interested, I will look at the boats he mentioned in yatch world,. He's just playing the game!,.
Rob with Lambo trade is still alive, he's getting me the VIN today,.

From Barry;
Thank you for the additional pictures. Having reviewed the pictures, I think that you are far too ambitious in
this difficult market with the asking price given that the boat is at least $50,000.00 light in its build and the
engines are six years old. Most Midnight Express buyers will look for a boat with a painted hull (at least
$15,000.00), more extensive electronics (at least another $10,000.00), and a fully fitted out air conditioned
Cuddy with refrigerator(at least another $25,000.00). Also, there is no sink to even wash one's hands after
leaving the head.
There are two Midnights on YachtWorld right now that are truly fully equipped and with newer engine
packages that can be bought for $160,000.00 or less. Still, they have lingered unsold on YachtWorld for over a
year Certainly, their hulls were not built in 2010 but their engines and level of factory options make them a
better choice. It would seem to me that your boat needs to have a very compelling asking price to entice
someone to take on a project in finishing out your boat. I am sorry that I can't be interested at your asking
price.
Best regards, Barry Lehman
