My lawyer only said we had a case. He never presented it. never was asked for a documnet or asked for details. I told her the fund offered 55 million. she thought that was good. she obvcioulsy did not know that they had offered the same all along.. THIS IS WRONG!!!!!... She said that the money for highbridge, had been comong out at a rate since the begiingnin of 05. she , had not seen the facts.,nor knew the numbers, . I m concerned.
