Ackerman, Jr.; Subject: Daily Telegraph/Jeffrey Epstein Dear Mr Ackerman and Mr Goldberger, <httpsyjgoldbergerOagwpa.com> EFTA00912521 I just spoke with Mr Ackerman briefly over the phone. I'm preparing an article for publication in tomorrow's Daily Telegraph and wanted to give you every opportunity to comment. In an interview transcript filed in the Epstein v Rothstein case, a former employee of Mr Epstein, makes various allegations. These include: - A lengthy repetition of her previously stated claim that from the age of 15 she was paid to travel around the world with Mr Epstein and give him "erotic massages" and otherwise sexually satisfy him, and that she was paid to give similar massages to his friends, and that he sexually abused many under-aged girls. - That the Duke of York is among friends of Mr Epstein who "knows a lot of the truth" about Mr Epstein's alleged abuse of underaged girls, and that lawyers for Brad Edwards should try to take sworn testimony from him. - That she's "really scared" to reveal the names of the eight friends of Mr Epstein's that she erotically massaged, because "some of these people are really influential in power". I would be grateful if you would comment on these allegations, or point me towards any documentation that directly addresses them. With thanks and best wishes Jon Swaine EFTA00912522

Specifically, I understand that Epstein's attorneys have notified Assistant Attorney General Alice Fisher and/or her staff that I have an actual conflict of interest. As part of pre-indictment plea negotiations, the parties agreed that Epstein's victims would be allowed to collect civil damages from Epstein and that Epstein would provide counsel for the vict

Epstein's motion is a thinly-disguised attempt to relitigate issues already covered by the court's earlier ruling eleven months ago (DE 188), which allowed the victims to file correspondence relating to Epstein's non-prosecution agreement in the public court file. Rather than reverse its previous ruling, this Court should reaffirm it — and allow the important issues presented by this case to be litigated in the light of day. BACKGROUND Because of Epstein's penchant for relitigating issues that have already been decided, it
