also was thinking, why don't we just create a cool temporary drug that raises core temp to like 108 degrees for 2 hours? that
would kill all active bugs without dentauring our proteins. fever doesn't kill us. (what's annoying is the cooling part, we do that
for brain stuff and when we °thaw* people bad things happen). anyway, i think nature was on that path with interleukins but it
didn't quite get there since fever usually is only to 100 or 101. would be cool: reversible thermoregulation as a treatment for
acute hematogenous pathogen eradication
