From the attached Florida Bar record I saw that it appeared he is admitted in New York, so Iran a nif d Court System search of Quinn and got the attached. When I ran a google search just on the phone number ackerman gave me I got a hit which showed Quinn as an Securities of First Alli using a San Diego address and the telephone number provided to me by Joe Ackerman. That google hit is also below. Also attached is a Lexis Person locator I did based in CA for Mark D Quinn, which shows, San Die o Florida and NY addresses. The first address in San Diego uses the same telephone number that I got from Ackerman. But for what its worth that telephone number is a new york area code. n page of that report is the only Illinois cross reference that I found in that report. When I did the NY Martindale Hubbel of him, Martindale Hubbel showed him as general counsel for an AIG affiliate called Royal Alliance which seems to be consistent with the Business Affiliations found on the Lexis Person Locator search.
