From: Jeffrey Epstein <[email protected]> To: Richard Kahn Subject: Fwd: Follow-up to my 10/4/11 email Date: Wed, 12 Oct 2011 18:45:49 +0000 ok Forwarded message From: Scoft Kornspan Date: Wed, Oct 12, 2011 at 2:36 PM Sub'ect: Follow-u to my 10/4/11 email To: eevacation nti mail.com, Cc: Dee Craig , Jackie Perczek , Roy BLACK Jeffrey, Darren and Rich: You will recall on 10/4 I emailed explaining, in advance, how our firm had approximately $30,000 left in trust following our September statement. I asked that you please wire another $100,000 Into our firm trust account The reason I asked was because I had a sense, from speaking with Roy and Jackie, how much work needed to be done in October and how the amount we had in our trust account certainly wouldn't cover it. More specifically, Roy and Jackie are working with you on a pleading that needs to be filed 10/14. And then we also have the Reply (which is currently due on 10/20 and we will be asking that the deadline be extended until 10/31 to give us enough time to get that done) which is major work. I have no doubt that the time this month will well exceed what we currently have in trust. Please make arrangements to wire $100,000 into our trust account this week. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.
