Linda Conaway wants to set up a repayment plan that involves making the outstanding interest, which is over $6,000.00, and then paying $2,900.00/month for 24 months, at which time they will reassess the interest rate. I told her I was interested in a toatl payoff figure. She said that is another dept, but if we offer a figure, she can present it. I told her we will be talking this week and that I do not understand how all this works. Once I talk to you, one of us will be in touch. I want to get this over with, but I don't know how to bargain with the bank, especially where to start. Leanne had mentioned offering $50,000.00, but I do not know how she got to that number.
