I would be happy to forward Reid Weingarten's information to Max and Harry with the caveat that I do not know him and I have not vetted him. He is a lawyer so he does qualify to serve as the independent trustee under the terms of the trust. However, I recommend that before I do so, you have a discussion with Reid regarding your expectations for trust investment management, principal distributions, reporting, etc. so that you and he have a common set of expectations.
