The application must be submitted with the daily usage and fuel logs which Smiley compiles. We are submitting the last three years of logs through the end of August 2017. Smiley was unable to compile the logs during the month of September due to the hurricanes and not being on LSJ for long periods of time during that month. I have chosen not to provide September through mid December unless they ask for that information subsequent to our submission. When I spoke to a DPNR rep, LaToya Williams, she relayed to me that if the generators are manufactured after 2007 then the annual usage is unlimited. We will try to get the permit changed to unlimited since both generators were manufactured in 2009. Please let me know if the letter is ok to be submitted as is or if you would like to edit it.
